Key Responsibilities

  • Operate manual, automatic, and semi-automatic microelectronics assembly equipment with supervision.
  • Inspect die and packages to various Military and Jedec standards using high and low-power microscopes.
  • Follow defined specifications and reaction paths or written/verbal instruction.
  • Use multiple hand tools to process delicate products without damaging components manually.
  • Train other employees on basic equipment operation and assembly process.
  • Maintain well-organized and audit-ready work areas.
  • Utilize computer-based manufacturing systems to move products and enter data.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or GED is required; previous experience in electronic/semiconductor assembly experience is helpful.

Shift Information

Shift hours are 3:30 to 11:00. Shift differentials will be paid during training as well as on shift.
