We are expanding our Sales team to help us drive our client products. Our Outside Sales Representative work directly with regional brands to understand their requirements and advise on how we can help them meet their goals.

 

Essential requirements are:

  • Similar experience within a retail or service environment

  • Have a competitive mindset

  • Track record in providing excellent customer experiences

  • Excellent communication skills, able to build relationships with a diverse range of customers

  • Results-oriented and proud to contribute to the team by achieving our goals and objectives

  • Professional, but also authentic and fearless

 

What You Will Be Accountable for:

  • Contribute to state volume, share, and profit targets through utilization of all relevant resources, market levers and ROI principles

  • Take ownership of individual performance & actively participate in a high-performance team culture to hit and exceed team targets

  • Develop long-term commercial relationships with key customers, and leverage these relationships

  • Utilise data driven insights to develop, implement and evaluate initiatives to provide tangible competitive advantages in an ever evolving marketplace

Crucial Experience, Skills and Knowledge

  • Previous experience in any sales or marketing role

  • Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

  • Experience in the sales industry

  • Marketing or Business Qualification is desirable

  • Good commercial acumen and relationship management (internal & external partners)
