Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a Systems Administrator to join our team in Plano, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for the management and support of our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and user systems. Additionally, you will provide desktop support and troubleshooting for internal users, ensuring optimal system performance and security.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain servers, networks, and IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security
• Respond to system performance alerts and incidents, providing efficient resolution
• Perform routine system maintenance tasks, including updates, patches, and backups
• Provide Tier 1 and 2 support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including setting up and decommissioning accounts, devices, and access permissions
• Install and configure desktop applications and operating systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues for users
• Participate in IT projects, including upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations
• Act as a technical resource for junior team members, providing guidance and mentorship
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver IT solutions that meet business requirements
• Ensure compliance with security policies and standards, and support audits and vulnerability assessments.

• Proficiency in Linux Administration

• Experience with Windows Administration

• Knowledge of Cloud Technologies

• Familiarity with Dell Technologies

• Understanding of Firewall Technologies

• Proficiency in AB Testing

• Experience with Active Directory

• Knowledge of Backup Technologies

• Familiarity with Cluster Analysis

• Understanding of Computer Hardware
