Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations in the Cheese department.
  • Communicate with clients via email.
  • Plan and implement the daily production schedule, ensuring timely completion and coordination.
  • Enforce quality standards and maintain product inspections.
  • Monitor and enhance the HACCP program.
  • Ensure compliance with MSDS and relevant regulations.
  • Promote Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and food safety requirements.
  • Manage store orders to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Enforce company policies and maintain high service quality.
  • Assign tasks and schedule breaks and vacations for employees; conduct evaluations as needed.
  • Support warehouse supervisors and staff with procedures and policies.
  • Address customer concerns and maintain positive client relations.
  • Foster a positive work environment and teamwork.
  • Collaborate with staff to meet quality and productivity goals.
  • Flexibility to work any shift as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Distribution Center and Operations Manager.

Minimum Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills and self-initiative.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and WMS software.
  • Some college education preferred, along with experience in warehouse supervision or the wholesale industry.
  • Must be proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking).
