We are seeking a CNC OPERATOR to Join Our Team   

Responsibilities: 

  • Set-up and maintain: Ensure the machine is safe and ready to run, and perform daily maintenance to keep it running well.
  • Quality Control: Inspect the machine and its output for quality and safety issues, and report issues to programmers.
  • Follow Regulations: Adhere to company operating standards, international regulations, and safety policies.
  • Communicate:  With the team members and communicate with Operators and Shift Leads
  • Paperwork: Complete paperwork and duties in a timely, organized and accurate manner.
  • Read and understand shop orders
  • Perform and maintain clean lines in the manufacturing area and equipment
  • Operate Forklift when required
  • Competency in Plant Operator positions
  • Receive additional directions from Operators and Shift Leads
  • Other duties as assigned

CNC Operator Job Requirements:

  • Must have 1-2 years experience with CNC Machinery
  • Must have Computer knowledge: MS Office, Windows, SAP Experience is a Plus
  • Strong organization skills and self-starter motivation
  • Ability to effectively work in a Team Environment with good Communication skills
  • Ability to work fast pace environment and able to handle multi-task
  • Ability to train and support others on the team to build a proficient team across all shifts
  • Plastic extrusion experience is a plus, but previous experience is not required
  • Willingness to work 12-hour shifts if needed
  • Must Be Flexible To Work Either Shifts
  • Must have a Resume
  • MUST BE FLEXIBLE TO WORK SHIFTS
  • Monday - Friday - 2PM to 10PM   Or  3PM - 11PM
  • Location:   Goodyear, AZ
  • Pay:  $18.00 /HR - Depending on Experience
