Master Machinist

PrideStaff is seeking a highly skilled Master Machinist to join our team as a CNC Operator.

This exciting opportunity will see you working in a fast-paced environment, operating cutting-edge CNC machinery and taking pride in producing high-quality products. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for setting up machinery, reading blueprints, and ensuring accurate production runs.

• Prepare test runs to verify machine outputs match specifications
• Read and understand blueprint designs, reworking metal to create desired outcomes
• Set up machinery for full production cycles, maintaining optimal performance
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, performing routine cleaning and maintenance on CNC equipment
• Enter relevant codes to specify toolpath parameters for optimal results

• 1-2 years' experience as a CNC Operator, with a strong understanding of computer software, including MS Office and Windows
• Ability to work safely, adhering to safety procedures and regulations
• Keen eye for detail, with a results-driven approach
• Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and effective communication
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks
• Document actions through production and quality logs, with the ability to train and support team members

We estimate the salary for this role to be around $55,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
