About the RoleCharlie Health is looking to add a highly motivated, operationally savvy, and data-driven Care Strategy Analyst to its growing team. The Care Strategy Analyst will use data analysis, problem-solving, project management, and a strategic mindset to assist in the ideation and execution of some of the company's most important initiatives. This is a true cross-functional role, with exposure across the Clinical, Engineering & Product, Talent, and Growth teams. Responsibilities- Build and maintain forecasting models to inform clinical hiring decisions
- Condense clinical data into digestible overviews and insights for various stakeholders
- Monitor clinical data and devise data-driven strategies to optimize our care in the context of Charlie Health's goals
- Create and implement operational process improvements to drive increased efficiency, satisfaction, and outcomes for both our clients and care team
- Identify and operationalize new technologies that enhance the clinical delivery process
- Support cross-functional projects driving important goals of the business, coordinating internal team members and resources
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or similar analytical subject area
- 1-2 years of experience in a data-heavy work environment (e.g. finance, consulting, etc.)
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to use data to drive strategy and decision-making
- Ability to energize, communicate, and build rapport at all levels within an organization
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, and strong attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
- Work authorized in the United States and native or bilingual English proficiency
- Able to work a hybrid schedule of 4 days/week in our NYC office and located within 75 minutes commuting distance of the office

Additional Information
The total target base compensation for this role will be between $66,000and $93,000 per year at the commencement of employment. In addition to base compensation, this role offers a target performance-based bonus. The target total cash compensation range, including potential bonus, will be between $73,000 and $102,000 per year. Please note, pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location, experience, expertise, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Further, cash compensation is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may include stock options and other Charlie Health-sponsored benefits. #LI
