Job Title: Account Executive – Sales (TV Broadcasting Company)

Job Description:

In this role, you will:

  • Generate Leads: Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone, text, and email to identify business opportunities.
  • Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their advertising needs and crafting tailored solutions.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Meet and exceed sales goals by presenting advertising opportunities that align with client objectives and contribute to the company’s growth.
  • Flex Your Schedule: Work 40 hours per week with flexible hours based on client schedules and company needs.
  • Run Your Business: Operate with autonomy while managing your own accounts and sales pipeline, ensuring success for both you and the company.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in media sales (radio, television, or newspaper).
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in client interactions.
  • Ability to work independently while meeting sales targets.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales tracking software is a plus.

Compensation:

  • Base Pay: Plus commissions.
  • Commission: Unlimited earning potential with a lucrative commission structure based on performance.
