DESCRIPTION

The operations Coordinator provides assistance to the Operations leadership ensuring protocols and processes remain uniform and consistent. Provides support to all within the Operations Department.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Provide overall guidance and training for document control and accounting software.

·       Assist in new hire orientation in ensuring company processes and culture are maintained.

·       Continuously work with interdepartmental colleagues in ensuring company processes and culture are uniformly maintained.

·       Work with Project Executives and Operations leadership in maintaining and keeping current all company templates, especially Purchase Agreements and Subcontracts

·       Provide secondary oversight and support in purchasing throughout departments and divisions.

·       Box Sale estimating and management as needed.

·       Provide primary oversight of all resource documents and reference documents and portals.

·       Assist in the final O&M submittal process (i.e. formatting, printing, mailing, etc.)

·       Assist project management in procuring project housing, site mobilization/de-mobilization, and equipment rentals as needed.

·       Manage and Review monthly project cost to complete reports

·       Assist accounting in the set up and management of project additional contingency.

·       Lift up to 30lbs

·       Travel to various projects as assigned and as is reasonable.

·       Perform basic office duties, including typing, copying, emailing, etc.

·       Operate tools and machinery as required.

·       May be required to work outside of normal business hours, as dictated by project needs.

·       Communicate regularly and effectively as appropriate.

·       Maintain the standards, culture and values of CML Security

·       Other duties as assigned.

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

·       Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related experience preferred.

·       2-3 Years of related experience preferred

·       Strong skills in Microsoft Suite of Software, Microsoft Project, Adobe or Bluebeam, Timberline or similar accounting software

·       Experience with AutoCAD, Revit preferred

·       Construction knowledge preferred

·       Valid Driver’s License

·       OSHA-10 certification
