We are seeking a SERVICE AND SALES TECH to join our team You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

JOB DUTIES:

Driving company vehicle to complete daily assigned pest management inspections, treatments, sales calls, termite system installations and system checks for residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional customers. Applying various pesticides and solutions, installing termite elimination systems, completing daily and monthly required reports. Maintaining company vehicle and equipment in clean, safe condition. Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• CLEAN MOTOR VEHICLE REPORT.

• CLEAN BACKGROUND CHECK.

• ABLE TO PASS PRE-EMPLOYMENT AND RANDOM DRUG TESTING.

• OWN A CELL PHONE.

• ABLE TO PASS STATE REQUIRED EXAMS FOR RT AND 7A LICENSURE FOR PEST CONTROL

 

NECESSARY SKILLS:

*GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS; COMFORTABLE WORKING WITH A DIVERSE CUSTOMER BASE. MUST BE ABLE TO READ AND FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS.

• MUST BE ABLE TO PROBLEM-SOLVE. MUST HAVE EXCELLENT ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS, ROUTING SKILLS, AND REASONING SKILLS.

• MUST BE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE CLEARLY AND EFFECTIVELY IN WRITING AND TYPING.

• MUST BE FLEXIBLE AND ABLE TO ADJUST TO CHANGING DEMANDS IN REAL TIME.

• MUST BE ABLE TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY WITH GOOD TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS.

• MUST BE ABLE TO WORK COOPERATIVELY IN A TEAM.

• MUST BE ABLE TO WORK EFFICIENLTlY WITHOUT SACRIFICING QUALITY.

 

JOB CONDITIONS: CANDIDATES MUST BE COMFORTABLE WITH THE FOLLOWING:

 

• WORKING IN DIFFERENT WEATHER CONDITIONS: HEAT, COLD, RAIN, ETC.

• BENDING, STOOPING, PULLING, PUSHING, CRAWLING, CLIMBING LADDERS, LIFTING UP TO 60 LBS.

• WORKING IN TIGHT, CONFINED, OR DARK SPACES; (EXAMPLE: CRAWLSPACES, ATTICS)

• OPERATING AND CARRYING BACKPACK SPRAYERS, MISTERS, CORDLESS DRILLS, AND OTHER EQUIPMENT NECESSARY FOR APPLYING OR INSTALLING PRODUCT.

• HANDLING, TRANSPORTING, APPLYING, AND DISPOSING OF PESTICIDES.

• STUDY MATERIALS AND TUTORING FOR PASSING STATE REQUIRED EXAMS.

• FULL TRAINING IN THE FIELD FOR SERVICE AND SALES. ON-GOING TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT.

• UNIFORMS AND PPE.

• SAFETY TRAINING INCLUDING SAFETY TRAINING FOR THE PROPER HANDLING, TRANSPORTING, APPLYING, AND DISPOSING OF PESTICIDES.
