We are currently expanding in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and currently performing an executive search for “Sales Consultants” for our established Datamax office in Texas. We can help you succeed and hit the ground running. To ensure you have the tools to succeed, Datamax provides a wide variety of sales training on the technology-based solutions that we offer. Your development program starts on day one with a customized 100-day onboarding program. You will advance through manufacturer-based training. Canon Sales Boot camp, SPIN selling, Solutions selling, Major account sales and Negotiating with Backbone to name a few.

 

Requirements

Education:

·         High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree preferred but not required).

Skills & Competencies:

·         Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Basic understanding of customer service principles.

·         Eagerness to learn and apply new sales techniques.

·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·         Basic computer literacy (e.g., Microsoft Office, email, CRM systems).

Attributes:

·         Positive attitude with a goal-oriented mindset.

·         Self-motivated with a desire for growth and development.

·         Willingness to handle rejection and remain resilient.

Duties will include:

·         New Business development

·         Developing long-term relationships with prospects and clients.

·         Gaining an understanding of the client's current business environment

·         Uncovering needs, challenges, and opportunities for improvement

·         Develop Office Solutions that inspire partnerships.

·         Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales documentation.

·         Interactive customer presentations

·         Finalizing details of solutions

·         Post-Sales support with on-going account management

·         Expanding Sales opportunities within current accounts
