Are you a skilled CNC Machinist who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and possesses leadership experience?

Key Responsibilities:

1. **CNC Machining:** Operate, set up, and program CNC machines to produce high-precision components according to engineering specifications.

2. **Quality Control:** Perform in-process quality checks to ensure the parts meet the required standards and make necessary adjustments as needed.

3. **Tooling Maintenance:** Monitor and maintain tools, equipment, and workstations for optimal performance and safety.

4. **Leadership:** Provide guidance and supervision to the second shift team, ensuring efficient operations, productivity, and adherence to safety protocols.

5. **Bilingual Communication:** Effectively communicate with team members in both English and Spanish, facilitating seamless collaboration and problem-solving would be helpful but not mandatory.

6. **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of production, maintenance, and tooling, and provide reports as required.

7. **Safety:** Enforce safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.

8. **Process Improvement:** Identify opportunities for process improvements and actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

9. **Training:** Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching and support to enhance their skills.

**Qualifications:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CNC machine operation, setup, and programming.
  • Leadership experience, preferably on the second shift.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
  • Willingness to work second shift hours as required.
