We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housing Coordinator to join our organization. The Housing Coordinator will be responsible for managing housing programs, coordinating tenant services, and ensuring the smooth operation of residential facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and interpersonal skills, a commitment to supporting residents, and the ability to collaborate with community partners.


Core Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with properties to ensure all leases are signed.

  • Assist the Housing Manager with sourcing and closing apartments and hotel options in markets.

  • Read contracts and leases, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.

  • Update the finance ledger as the summer progresses to track every amount spent accurately.

  • Respond to salesmen's summer communications via Zendesk within a 2-hour response time. This includes addressing general housing and operational questions.

  • Proactively anticipate Housing Manager's needs and provide solutions.

  • Provide daily reports to leadership on housing statuses and communicate with sales leaders throughout the housing process, such as housing selection, roommate assignments, and offboarding.

  • Ensure units are ready for occupation by sales reps, including ensuring furniture readiness, utilities activation, and acquisition of insurance.

  • Assist in executing mass communications about housing needs to reps.

  • Be on call for arrival needs from March to May.


Requirements:

  • Basic understanding of G-Suite applications (Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets).

  • Hands-on experience managing timelines and deliverables.

  • Experience in apartment leasing management.

  • Great attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in data entry.
