Job DescriptionJob Description

Talento Search Group has an opening for a Pump Service Manager in the St. Louis, Missouri area.  This is a direct hire position with the starting pay dependent upon experience.


Duties & Responsibilities:

Oversight of job/project scheduling to include rush orders
Assist supervisors with repairs, replacement work orders and product specifications as needed
Monitoring of budget, project costs (materials, time, etc.)
Assist supervisors with necessary personnel training
Approval of all work order / project requests
Reporting to facility upper management on operations, concerns, future analysis

Education and Experience
Minimum 3 years experience in a shop management or service management position 
HS-Diploma or Equivalent
Working knowledge of industrial size pumps
Ability to interpret engineering drawings
Ensure that all facility safety and quality standards are being met
Ability to attend seminars, expos, etc to stay current technically in the industry
Knowledge of CNC equipment operations
Ability to assist with repairs as needed
Excellent communication and written skills
