Are you passionate about driving new business for a dynamic company? If so, you'll excel as our Sales Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you'll be the key point of contact for boat brokers and dealers across North America. Your daily responsibilities will include reaching out to potential new customers, nurturing relationships, and helping them grow their businesses with our innovative products. You’ll proactively identify and engage with boat brokers and dealers throughout the US, leveraging your high energy, deal-closing drive, and consultative sales approach.

What You’ll Do
- Call on yacht brokers and boat dealers across the country, consulting and advising on various advertising and marketing services and products offered by Boats Group
- Drive the entire sales process - from cold calls to completed deals.
- Research potential customers from lead lists and make meaningful outbound calls and emails
- Engage with customers and quickly demonstrate the ROI of our industry-leading products and services.
- Lead the customer through the closing stages, including ensuring a smooth transfer to our Accounts team who will onboard and service the new customer.
What You Should Have
- 1-3 years of digital advertising or services sales experience
- Strong business-to-business outbound cold calling sales techniques preferred – you must not be afraid to pick up the phone
- Exceptional ability to demonstrate value and ROI to customers
- Ability to complete the entire sales process on the phone (and smile while you are doing it)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience using a CRM, specifically Salesforce is preferred
- A high degree of self-motivation and time management skills - you know how to manage deals in different stages and continue to reach out to brand-new contacts
