Qualifications/Skills:

• Intermediate to advanced level of mechanical skills with a desire to learn more.

• Ability to follow detailed instructions.

• Communication with other technicians and management.

• Intermediate understanding of 12V and 110V electrical systems.

• Forklift certified is a plus – if not we will pay for your training and certification.

• RVTI certification preferred, but not required

• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs

• Self-motivated.

 

Responsibilities:

• Work under the supervision of the Workshop Manager to perform day-to-day installations, maintenance, and repair on customer campers.

• Running your own install-bay and keeping your assigned projects on schedule.

• Test the functionality and safety of parts and systems once installed.

• Identify problems using diagnostic equipment and experience.

• Willingness to learn with hands-on training.

 

Requirements:

• Competent in the installation of: RV components, heaters, plumbing, electrical, and aftermarket accessories.

• Safely use and assist in the use of shop equipment.

• Hold a valid driver license and have reliable transportation.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Above all, be a self-starter with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

 

Work Hours & Compensation

This is a fulltime position performed at our Denver location Monday – Friday. Workday starts at 8:30 am and ends approximately at 5 pm.

 

• Compensation is paid hourly with a starting range of $25-50+/hour based upon experience, with room to advance after a 90-day review.
