Are you up for the dare?This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship.POSITION SUMMARYAs a Maintenance Technician, your role, in the bigger picture, is to manage the preventative and predictive maintenance to improve the functionality and safe working order of our manufacturing equipment and machinery. You will handle projects that span the electrical, mechanical and automation maintenance challenges. This position will be scheduled for an off shift (2nd or 3rd shift). This position is eligible for a $1,000 sign-on bonus.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESAssist in daily maintenance operations of the plant as scheduled in a proper, timely, and safe mannerTroubleshoot and repair plant systems including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and instrumentationAbility to operate, maintain, and install all shop equipmentRepair pneumatics, gear reducers, belt and screw conveyors, chain elevators, and packaging equipmentUse test equipment such as multimeters, megohmmeters, and process simulatorsTroubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance and repairs on general plant electrical equipment such as starters, PLCs, start/stop stations, motors (up to 480V)Understanding of measurement and testing devices and mechanical systemsOperate & maintain shop tools and equipment, such as pipe threader and band sawDemonstrate good working knowledge of electrical diagrams and/or circuits and utilize during troubleshootingIntermediate understanding of PLC s, ability to access program for troubleshooting purposes (would not be expected to program PLC's

maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, technical, military, or related environment OR 2 Year Technical DegreeThe approximate hourly pay for this position is $38.02 - $48.92 per hour. The pay progression plan follows: Maintenance Technician D $38.02, Maintenance Technician C $39.38, Maintenance Technician B $41.30, Maintenance Technician A $44.78, Maintenance Technician A+ $48.92. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
