Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in paid social, paid search, email and SMS marketing,and SEO combined with a robust data-driven marketing background. Your analytical mindset and ability to leverage insights will be key in optimizing our marketing efforts and achieving our growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning and Execution:
Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies that align with overall business goals and objectives.
Define and oversee marketing channels, including paid social, paid search, organic search (SEO), affiliate, and email/SMS marketing, ensuring a cohesive approach to customer engagement.
2. Paid Social
Drive paid social channels including Meta and work with agency partners to implement best practices and testing
3. Paid Search Optimization:
Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads) to maximize ROI and drive high-quality traffic to our website.
Conduct thorough keyword research, ad copy testing, and bid management strategies to enhance campaign performance.
Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.
4. SEO Strategy Development:
Implement best practices for SEO to improve organic search rankings, increase website visibility, and drive more qualified leads.
Conduct regular audits of the website to identify areas for improvement, including on-page and off-page SEO tactics.
Collaborate with content and social media team to create high-quality, SEO-friendly content that resonates with target audiences.
5. Email/SMS Marketing Campaigns:
Design, implement, and manage targeted email marketing campaigns aimed at nurturing leads, engaging customers, and driving conversions.
Segment email lists effectively to ensure personalized communication and improve open and click-through rates.
Analyze email performance metrics and continually optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
Develop and execute SMS marketing strategies to enhance customer communication, drive engagement, and promote special offers.
Monitor SMS campaign performance and adjust tactics based on customer response and behavior.
6. Data Analysis and Reporting:
Utilize marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel,Segment, etc) to track campaign performance and measure success against KPIs.
Prepare and present comprehensive reports to stakeholders, highlighting key insights, trends, and recommendations for future strategies.
Conduct A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of different marketing tactics, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with product, social, development, and CX teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and messaging.
Collaborate with marketing team to create eye-catching and effective marketing materials that resonate with target audiences across all channels.
8. Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
Conduct regular market research to stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies.
Identify opportunities for new growth channels and recommend innovative marketing solutions to capitalize on market shifts.
9. Continuous Learning and Development:
Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies that can enhance our growth strategy.
Attend relevant industry conferences, workshops, and webinars to continually improve skills and bring fresh ideas to the team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in growth marketing or a similar role, with a proven track record managing media campaigns, including paid social and paid search. Experience with owned and retention channels, including email marketing, SMS and SEO.
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to marketing, with experience using analytics tools to inform strategy.
Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., Klaviyo, Segment, and Mixpanel).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Creative problem-solving abilities with a passion for innovation and experimentation.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
