Our Ideal Candidate

Wellrithms is looking for an experienced Analytics Engineer to solve complex software engineering problems in support of our core operational workflows.  This engineer will be responsible for designing and optimizing our data models to improve data utilization across the organization. They will work closely with engineering, data science, and business partners to ensure that our data workflow architecture is robust, scalable, and aligned with business strategies.

The ideal candidate is someone with a background in Data Engineering who has a consistent track record of building and operating a portfolio of high-impact data and analytics products. They work collaboratively with a variety of business stakeholders to translate customer needs into strong analytics solutions. They are also able to drive clarity for others in the face of ambiguous problems and use their technology and data expertise to design innovative data products.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, code, test, and deploy .NET applications, APIs, and websites.
  • Architect and design scalable, efficient, and robust data models that support high performance and availability.
  • Manage multiple projects at once and manage the impediments along the way.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of data models and architecture.
  • Produce technical documentation and diagrams to fulfill compliance requirements.
  • Experience architecting scalable, secure-installed, and cloud-based applications.
  • Build and maintain relationships with multiple peers and cross-functional partners.
  • Collaborate with other developers as a team along with architects, QA, and project managers. Mentoring junior developers.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop external secure data connectivity.
  • Designing and implementing code pipelines for various platforms and products is a plus. Examples: Lambda Functions, Websites, WPF applications, etc.
  • Willingness to stay abreast of the latest technological trends. Analyze and visualize how emerging technologies could benefit our infrastructure and code. Stay updated on the latest security requirements.

Qualifications

  • B.S. Computer Science degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core).
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.
  • Experience with database design and development (SQL Server, MySQL, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, NoSQL databases, and data warehousing solutions.
  • Experience with cloud-based data solutions (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
  • Experience with AWS products, including Lambda, Step Functions, DynamoDB, Elasticsearch, and s3.
  • Experience developing in Business Intelligence platforms such as Quicksight, Power BI, and Tableau.
  • Experience building HIPPA-compliant software is a plus.
  • Experience developing for multiple platforms is a plus (Installed applications, cloud applications, services, APIs).
  • Experience developing microservices, APIs, and multi-tier applications is a plus.
  • Experience with implementing and integrating AI, Machine Learning, and related data solutions is preferred.
