We are in search of a Systems Administrator to join our clients team based in Overland Park, Kansas. This role primarily revolves around providing technical support to end users across various issues and maintaining the smooth operation of our computer systems. This position is pivotal in ensuring the seamless functioning of our hardware and software systems. Responsibilities:


• Act as the primary point of contact for technical support, responding promptly to requests via telephone or email.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, ranging from hardware and software issues to network and internet connectivity concerns.

• Install, configure, and evaluate computer equipment, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.

• Carry out regular maintenance, repairs, and testing activities on various computer equipment, peripherals, and computer network systems.

• Assist in the installation of new software releases, system upgrades, and patches, and resolve any software-related problems that arise.

• Maintain an accurate record of customer credit applications and ensure their efficient processing.

• Develop and maintain software and hardware inventory and tracking systems, which includes creating inventory lists and managing the storage of electronic components.

• Complete work orders such as installing equipment, connecting and moving devices, or creating components of networks.

• Assemble, install, and evaluate computer equipment to ensure it meets the required standards.

• Use skills in Cisco Technologies, Cloud Technologies, Dell Technologies, Firewall Technologies, Active Directory, Backup Technologies, Cluster Analysis, Computer Hardware, VMware, Azure Active Directory to ensure the effective execution of all responsibilities.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Systems Administrator role or similar
• Proficient in Cisco Technologies
• Proficient in Cloud Technologies including Azure Active Directory
• Knowledge of Dell Technologies
• Experience with Firewall Technologies
• Proficiency in Active Directory
• Experience with Backup Technologies
• Familiarity with Cluster Analysis
• Strong understanding of Computer Hardware
• Proficiency in VMware
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred.
