Job DescriptionJob Description

 The Lead Install will coordinate with the Shop Leap to head the installation of Heritage Projects. As a representative of the team, the Lead Install will be respectful and courteous to clients and other trades while keeping the job and team on the timeline. They will problem solve any issues to make sure that the project finishes in the best possible way. This position will be responsible for communication of the needs for current and upcoming installations as well as the organization of the install van and tools. 

RESPONSIBILITIES BY AREA:

  • Coordination with Shop Lead regarding all details of the project

  • Management of the Installation Jobsite and Heritage Install Crew

  • Utilization of the HUB for photos, project details and updates, upload install images and notes for follow up

  • Upkeep and Management of the Organization of the Install Van

  • Time Management of the Installation / We will review hours in job costing meetings as a team

  • Work with Shop Lead to restock any necessary supplies or tools

  • Assist in Shop Production as needed

  • Represent Heritage Beam and Board

    QUALITIES OF IMPORTANCE FOR THIS POSITION:

  • This position requires a problem solver who is familar with what it takes work through the challenges of an installation and to keep the process to a specific timeline. The Lead Install needs to work well with others and delegate responsibilty. Organization is also necessary for this position as well as confidence on how to run a jobsite and team. Fine carpentry skills required.

  • Expect active participation in all company-wide training development and initiatives.

Full-Time

5 Years Plus Experience (Preferred)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, some days may be longer to accomodate an installation. When this occurs, Friday typically becomes a shorter day.
