Lead Carpenter

As a key member of our team, the Lead Install/Carpenter will play a vital role in the success of our Heritage Projects. This position requires a skilled and experienced carpenter who can effectively coordinate with our Shop Lead to ensure seamless installation of our heritage wood products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Shop Lead to plan and execute installation projects
• Manage installation jobsites and lead a team of carpenters
• Utilize our HUB platform for project management, communication, and documentation
• Organize and maintain the install van and tools
• Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines
• Collaborate with Shop Lead to restock supplies and tools as needed
• Assist in Shop Production as required

Requirements:

• Proven experience in carpentry and installation management
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using our HUB platform
