Job DescriptionJob Description

We are looking for experienced Commercial HVAC Pipefitters and Pipefitter Helpers for immediate work in Austin, TX. You will be responsible for the layout, assembly, installations and repair of plumbing systems.

 

Requirements/Responsibilities:

  • Pipefitters assemble and install variety pipe and pipe fittings.
  • Pipefitters secure pipes to structure with clamps, brackets, and hangers, using hand tools.
  • Pipefitters read and interpret prints
  • Must have 5+ years of recent experience with HVAC systems pipefitting in a commercial construction setting
  • Be familiar with soldering, brazing, cutting, bending and pipefitting/welding tools and techniques.
  • Pipefitter must have experience with carbon steel pipe
  • Must have own hand tools for the trade
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • OSHA 10 required on some jobsites
  • Pre-employment background check and drug screen required
