As of right now Flight Controls is considered a critical skill area. In fact, we still see staffing needs in the areas of cert/safety, system level verification testing, and DO-254 (AEH) compliance activities.
- Prefer a mix of flight controls experience engineers to work functional decomposition, general flight controls integration, or control law updates. A portion of the engineers will be used to support qualification report review and generation for qualification testing Boeing has performed.
- Flight Controls Engineer who can perform lab hardware/software in the loop testing for 777-9. Lab test SMEs or others with capacity to quickly get up to speed with FC lab test tools and processes.
