Marketing Project Manager

Hillpointe seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful execution of cross-functional marketing initiatives that support Hillpointe's strategic goals. This is a full-time, onsite role where you will implement a project management structure and spearhead exciting projects, including CRM migration, new lease-up workflows, and creative undertakings that help shape our brand.

Responsibilities:

Project Management & Coordination

  •   Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of cross-functional marketing projects, including asset development, new lease-up marketing initiatives, product launches, and strategic campaigns.
  •   Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation to ensure the seamless execution of initiatives with on-time delivery of results.
  •   Serve as the primary point of contact between marketing teams and internal stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and collaboration across departments, including property management and corporate teams.
  • Establish and implement a robust project management system to streamline workflows, enhance collaboration, and improve the tracking of marketing initiatives from concept to completion.

Process Improvement & Strategic Planning

  •   Collaborate with Hillpointe's marketing team to identify opportunities for process optimization and implement workflow improvements that increase efficiency and project quality.
  •   Contribute to strategic planning sessions, helping define project scopes, set priorities, and establish goals aligned with Hillpointe's broader business objectives.

Communication & Reporting

  •   Provide regular project updates to Hillpointe's marketing leadership and key stakeholders, highlighting progress, roadblocks, and critical successes.
  •   Create documentation for project reviews, capturing lessons learned to inform future initiatives and improve project execution across the organization.
  •   Develop and distribute post-project performance reports, offering insights to optimize future strategies and ensure continuous improvement in marketing efforts.

Required Qualifications:

  •   5+ years of experience in marketing or technology project management, with a proven track record of managing multiple, large-scale projects.
  •   Strong understanding of marketing principles, processes, and digital strategies within a matrixed environment.
  •   Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
  •   Proficiency in project management tools and techniques to track performance, budgets, and deliverables.
  •   Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable, able to navigate changing priorities and manage competing deadlines.
