Sales Outside Sales Representative

Are you a highly motivated sales professional with a passion for building relationships and driving revenue growth? As an Outside Sales Representative at NCI Datacom, one of six brands of Core Fiber Partners, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and achieving sales targets in the Washington region. You will work closely with potential customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
The role includes:
- Prospecting and identifying new business opportunities within the assigned region through various channels, including cold calling, door-knocking, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospects and existing customers to understand their needs and present appropriate product and service offerings.
- Conducting sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to effectively communicate the value of Core Fiber's offerings and close sales deals.
- Collaborating with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop and execute regional sales strategies, campaigns, and promotions.
- Managing the entire sales cycle, from lead qualification to deal closure, while ensuring a smooth transition to the Customer Success team for onboarding and ongoing account management.
- Meeting and exceeding individual and team sales targets on a consistent basis.
- Continuously expanding product knowledge and staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Providing accurate sales forecasts, reports, and insights to the sales management team.
- Utilizing CRM systems and sales tools to track and manage sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline.
- Position is office based out of Omak, WA
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Proven experience in outside sales, account management, or a related sales role within any subscriber based recurring revenue industry.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to establish rapport and trust with customers.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving sales objectives.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales productivity tools to track and manage sales activities, leads, and pipeline.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel within the region as required.
