Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Marshalls. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and adhering to all operational and merchandise standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, engaging with customers and embodying customer experience principles
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to all operational and merchandise standards
  • Process customer purchases and returns accurately, following established procedures
  • Promote credit and loyalty programs to customers
  • Support and participate in store recovery and maintenance tasks
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail
  • Ability to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation

This position has a starting pay range of $16.28 to $16.78 per hour, with the full range of the position being $16.28 to $20.90 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
