Human Resources Representative (HHA Onboarding Specialist)

Locations: Offices in Long Island and Downtown Brooklyn

Role:

As a Human Resources Representative, you will play a critical role in onboarding our Home Health Aide (HHA) employees, ensuring they are fully prepared to provide exceptional care to our patients. Your creativity and efficiency will directly impact the growth and quality of our caregiver team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the New Hire process, including collecting and reviewing candidate onboarding documents.

- Handle onboarding of new hires, transfers, promotions, and ensure data entry and document review are accurate.

- Collaborate with the Background Investigation Coordinator to ensure all required background checks are completed.

- Serve as the main point of contact for HHA candidates, addressing their questions and concerns during the onboarding process.

- Review and verify the completeness of onboarding documents, including I-9, E-Verify, and work/education verification.

**Requirements**:

- 3 years of onboarding or human resources experience (required).

- At least 3 years of experience working with a licensed home care services agency (LHCSA) in New York; private pay experience is a plus.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to build trust with candidates and foster strong relationships.

- Highly motivated and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficient in G Suite and ATS systems (Arla).
