Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Our company is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills in both languages. As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Spanish-speaking customers.

Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

- Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers

- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a calm and efficient manner

- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

- Fluent in both English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking)

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Customer service experience preferred

SALARY/ BENEFITS:

• Base Salary Range $13.00 hourly
• Base + Commission (Hourly Pay and Commission Paid Weekly)
• Medical, Dental, Vision & Supplemental Insurance Benefits eligible after 60 days
