Senior Manager, Business Analytics

Position Summary
Responsible for incubation innovation business, to lead observing and analyzing Market/Category Trend and landscape, deep dive consumer behavior to enable products, portfolio innovation planning, from launch to business operation and overall consumer/customer experience.
Essential Functions
- Act as a business navigator and insights ambassador to incubation innovation category marketing leader and sales leader, whose role is to lead mainstream market and consumer based consumers, shoppers and customer insights are the foundations of mainstream marketing strategy and execution.
- Own mainstream category business diagnosis and opportunity identification, from both internal lens and external (market/category/competitor/consumer) lens
- Support overall product portfolio analysis and strategic planning
- Facilitate category/portfolio/channel end to end business review and analysis, and post launch review with both external and internal data, for sales and marketing collaboration.
- Own incubation innovation scope, including ‘where to play’ assessment, ‘what to offer (innovation)’ identification, and ‘how to win’ strategy planning and review, and test and learn.

REQUIRED EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
- 8 Years and above category, portfolio, consumers, shoppers, channel insights experiences.
- Solid understanding of marketing research knowledge, in both qualitative and quantitative, with proficiency in project management skill.
- Good understanding and evaluation of in market and continuous data (retail, consumer panel, brand tracking, media, demand creation etc.)
- Strong business acumen and agility to understand operations of different functions.
- Team-player, self-motivated and able to work across different functional teams.
- Well-organized and with proven experience in project management.
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented but not losing the big picture.

TRAVEL
This position requires travel; most travel is outside the local area and overnight. Some of the travel may be international.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. For out-of-area candidates, remote work could be arranged.
