Your Impact in This Role:
As our Practice Manager, you’ll be the linchpin of our operational excellence. In this role, you’ll be the pivotal person on a busy team who ensures that everything behind the scenes runs like clockwork, and that things get done. You’ll help manage our CRMs, marketing automation tools, EHR, communication systems, project management platforms, and more. You’ll streamline processes, document SOPs, troubleshoot issues, work on actualizing a variety of projects, and provide top-notch, responsive support to clients, clinicians, and team members. Beyond day-to-day operations, you’ll collaborate closely with our owner to create scalable systems, unlocking new levels of efficiency in sales, marketing, service delivery, and client outcomes —always guided by our core values of Growth, Love, Happiness, and Success.
