Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and a passion for improving the lives of individuals with autism and other behavioral health challenges. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing direct support to clients and their families.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess clients’ behavioral needs.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles.
  • Implement behavioral therapy techniques to promote positive behavior changes.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including therapists, educators, and family members, to ensure cohesive care.
  • Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
  • Provide training and support to staff on behavioral health strategies and interventions.
  • Stay current with best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis and related medical terminology.

Requirements

  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
  • Strong knowledge of medical records management and medical documentation practices.
  • Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum or those with other behavioral health issues.
  • Proficiency in applied behavior analysis techniques and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with diagnostic evaluation processes and HIPAA compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $88,674.00 - $93,089.00 per year
