Are you a passionate DevOps leader with a proven track record of driving successful transformations?

ResolveSoft is seeking a talented DevOps Strategy Lead to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our program. You'll leverage your expertise to define, implement, and optimize our DevOps strategy, enabling us to deliver value, foster a DevOps culture, and achieve our program goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute DevOps Strategy: Craft a comprehensive DevOps roadmap aligned with our architecture standards and program objectives, focusing on continuous improvement and value delivery.
  • Hands-On Leadership: Provide hands-on guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a DevOps culture and developing their skills.
  • Measure and Improve: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track DevOps maturity and value, set benchmarks, and identify areas for continuous improvement.
  • Technical Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in a wide range of DevOps tools and technologies, including [list of specific tools from the original job description].
  • Collaboration and Communication: Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, effectively communicating DevOps strategies and progress.

Required Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in Computer Science, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in DevOps implementation, application architecture, development and software engineering practices with responsibilities ranging from hands-on work, defining strategy and leading implementation across a variety of technology stacks such as Java/.Net, Mainframe, low code platforms, open-source and off-the-shelf products.
  • Experience in partnering with the business, product management and product development teams to propose and improve products that deliver value while implementing modernization such as DevOps practices.
  • Experience in a variety of software products, tools and technologies such as Seibel CRM, Genesys, Verint, Jira, Zephyr, ReadyAPI, UrbanCode , GitHub, GitLab, SonarQube, Jenkins, Ant, Maven, Gradle, Groovy, jFrog, Cucumber, Selenium, Leapwork, Webload, jUnit, SoapUI, jMeter, Bash, PowerShell, Chef, Ansible, Puppet, Chrome Developer Tools, Dynatrace, NetProfile, AppInternals, Python, Veracode, Tenable, Artifactory, Docker & Kubernetes.
  • Experience in Agile/SAFe organization
  • Experience in on-prem and private/public cloud environments.
  • Familiarity with ARS, FISMA security requirements and understanding of PHI/PII data security practices
  • Excellent communication/influencing skills to all levels of the organization including technical engineers and business leaders
  • High level of emotional intelligence and a record of succeeding in a matrix environment
  • Ability and experience to model the Resolvesoft all-associate behaviors and expectations with a can-do attitude, accountability and operating with a sense of urgency
  • Healthcare experience a plus
