Responsibilities

Craft delicious food that connect Guests to our signature lookout experience that exhilarates the taste buds and nourishes the soul. You:
• Set up cook stations.
• Prepare food items by following recipes, portion and presentation specifications.
• Restock, clean and maintain cook station items throughout the shift.
• Clean, sanitize, and organize the kitchen, walk-in coolers, and storage areas.
