ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS - NURSING

DIRECT HIRE | ONSITE | DALLAS, TX

$90k + QUARTERLY BONUSES

Imprimis Group is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing and Operations to oversee the daily operations of a private in-home care company. The ideal candidate will have an active RN Texas or compact license, a background in home health, geriatric nursing, long-term care, or hospice, and operational leadership, and ability to implement the company vision to meet company objectives. REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) and valid certification to work in Texas
  • MSN or MHA in Nursing or Healthcare Administration highly preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of nursing leadership experience
  • Strong understanding of financial management, including profit and loss analysis
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans
  • In-depth knowledge of home health regulations and compliance requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the clinical and administrative teams to meet company goals
  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the company ensuring efficient, effective, and compliant service delivery
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality client care and adherence to state licensing regulations
  • Oversee hiring, training, and development of staff to build a competent and motivated team
  • Ensure that all services provided meet or exceed regulatory and accreditation standards; address and resolve compliance or quality issues in a timely manner
  • Effectively delegate responsibilities to team members, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and within set deadlines
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate company goals, review performance, and address any operational challenges
  • Offer training that enhances team skills
  • Work closely with the executive team to develop and execute the company’s strategic plan
  • Identify growth opportunities and develop initiatives to expand the company’s services and market reach
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to ensure the company remains competitive and compliant
