Position Overview:

As an Account Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of retailers on the Amazon platform. You will drive strategy and work closely with executive-level teams from various brands to guide them on their Amazon journey.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience with Amazon Seller Central

  • 2+ years of agency experience in a relevant role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day brand growth strategy for your accounts

  • Execute marketing tactics through paid advertising and organic strategies

  • Maintain and analyze dashboards for performance reporting

  • Oversee an assigned backend operations team to assist with daily tasks

  • Manage Seller Central tasks such as forecasting, order tracking, and inventory management

  • Collaborate with external agencies and internal marketing teams to maximize ROAS

  • Create and update content like product pages, brand stores, and videos with the marketing team

  • Align forecasts with supply chain and financial planning

  • Oversee Amazon catalog management

  • Develop and execute new tests to drive revenue growth

  • Stay informed about category trends to optimize brand strategies

  • Build and maintain a sales and marketing grid

  • Communicate effectively with clients and teams via Slack

  • Use project management software to ensure smooth team workflows
