We are Integrated Telemanagement Services, Inc. (ITS). Since 1990, we have partnered with over 400 small to medium sized companies providing telecommunication and managed IT solutions. We are a woman owned business that has over 20 of the most driven IT Professionals in Southern California. When it comes to IT solutions, we are an all-inclusive provider that handles everything from phone lines to cyber security and internet connections to cloud servers. With a seasoned executive management group and over 30 years of a proven track record, the progressive and dynamic team is seeking a driven and motivated individual to partake in the next growth phase of the business.
We’re looking for a high energy professional with sound business acumen, a strong technical aptitude, and natural sales instincts to join our sales team.

Who You Are
You have experience with prospecting and have a track record of closing new business. You are a creative, passionate, and self-driven team player. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Most importantly, you are excited about growing our client base, building an amazing brand, and helping create meaningful change for our organization as well as our community.
- You have 3-5 experience closing B2B deals with multiple decision makers
- You are looking for security, stability, and longevity
- Have writing skills to communicate effectively with businesses
- You have strong interpersonal skills
- Self-starter attitude and ability to exercise judgment and solve difficult problems without direct supervision
- Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively lead client meetings and presentations
- Highly organized; ability to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously and prioritize your time
- Familiarity with B2B software and technology is a plus (salesforce, outreach, etc.)
- You are comfortable with admin work when researching clients invoices, putting together proposals
- Your hands on and work closely with vendors, customers and utilize systems to create presentations and maximize the support of other departments
- You are local with roots in the northern Los Angeles, Ventura and Santa Barbara counties
