We are training agents to list properties at above average commissions.  We are seeking a Licensed Real Estate Agent to join our growing team You will handle all real estate activities and transactions working with an EXPERIENCED AUCTIONEER and HANDS on REAL ESTATE BROKER. If you live in NORTH TEXAS, SOUTH TEXAS, EAST TEXAS or WEST TEXAS ... or in 15 other states outside of TEXAS ... apply within... 

FEES and Commissions: All will be based on individual work ethic and production. There will be no guarantee. However each Licensed REAL ESTATE AGENT will have these opportunities-  

  • No desk fees
  • No office fees 
  • No minimum deals 
  • Higher Commission Structure
  • Higher Net Commission Ratios 

Responsibilities:

  • Work with an Accredited Auctioneer Real Estate 
  • Negotiate listing agreements 
  • Attend and market accelerated events
  • Prepare to list one property each week with team support
  • Work hot leads in a highly competitive environment 
  • Track bid results, negotiate offers in real time  
  • Manage buyers and sellers in an online bidding system
  • Negotiate Multiple Offers with upfront terms in place
  • Remove the paperwork task from your to do list... We build it for you 
  • More time talking making a deal and less time typing 

Responsibilities:

  • List and sell residential, land, ranch or commercial real estate
  • Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers
  • Host open houses and other events
  • Prepare marketing proposals, marketing outlines 
  • Educate clients on basic real estate procedures
  • Verify and disclose property facts to clients
  • Integrate guidelines of auction marketing 

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in real estate, property management, or other related fields
  • Familiarity with real estate contracts, addendums, and disclosure documents 
  • Ability to build rapport with clients, 
  • Strong negotiation skills, willing develop additional negotiation skills with the auctioneer. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Additional Compensation Opportunity:

  • EARN A FEE UPON LISTING A PROPERTY. Ask how big is the reward. 
  • Earn additional commissions upon closing and funding. 
  • Commission bonus paid with sliding scale guidelines. 
  • HOT LEAD generation may produce other sales, leading to other opportunity. 
  • Learn the value in making commission on personal property sales. 
  • Working sales with Broker Listing Properties, this has become a valuable resource. 
  • Training on how to work with banks, lenders, others that have REO assets. 
  • How to win pre-foreclosure listings. Accelerated sale before the foreclosure. 
  • Multi-Property sales, group properties, multiple seller events. 
  • Selling land divided can result in higher commissions. I have 25 years experience using this method. 
  • Earn more commission by listing at above average rates.  I will show you how. 
  • Ask how Auctioneers earn additional commissions, ask how I share with you. 

TRAINING:

  • Training is essential for a productive pipeline. 
  • We will teach you how to win listings with teamwork. 
  • How to work in other geographical markets from the car seat. 
  • How to work with other Listing Agents to sell aged listings. 
  • Working an accelerated open house. My record is 508 in 13 days. 
  • How to make multiple offers work via internet bidding platform. 
  • How to negotiate from ONE DOLLAR ($1) to true market value. 
  • Using Terms and Conditions of Sale to SECURE THE CLOSING. 
  • No more dragging a buyer to 29 houses and they don't buy squat...

  • The process is different from what you may have learning in the past. These techniques have help me sell properties in multiple states. I have a Broker License in multiple jurisdictions and work in Costa Rica.
