Addison Group is partnering with an innovative and publicly traded technology company to hire an experienced Executive Assistant to support their Chief Operating Officer. Job Description:

We're looking for an accomplished Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced corporate setting and has a background supporting top-level executives in publicly traded organizations. This role supports the COO directly and will work closely with the executive office, requiring a poised and detail-oriented professional with experience managing complex schedules and global travel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the COO, including calendar oversight, inbox management, and executive communications.
  • Manage international and domestic travel logistics including flights, lodging, visa coordination, and on-the-fly itinerary changes.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for both internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Assist with board materials, presentations, reports, and meeting agendas.
  • Coordinate executive meetings and events; manage all logistics and follow-ups.
  • Process expense reports and reconcile travel and departmental budgets.
  • Support ad hoc projects and ensure confidentiality in all matters.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience supporting a C-suite executive; must include support of a CEO or equivalent at a publicly traded company.
  • Strong calendar and travel management experience, especially across multiple time zones and continents.
  • Exceptional organization, communication, and multitasking abilities.
  • Technically proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.
  • Experience handling sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
Additional Details:
  • Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week; general hours are 8:00 AM–5:30 PM with some flexibility based on executive needs.
  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 3 days onsite in Columbia, MD and 2 days remote. Candidates must be open to additional in-office days as needed.
  • Start Date: Mid to End of May
  • Interview Process:
    • Initial virtual interview with VP of Talent Acquisition
    • Onsite interview with SVP of Human Resources
    • Final interview with COO (Note: COO will be out until mid-May; interviews with him will occur the week of May 12)
