Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be crucial to your success in this role. Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a line cook
  • Excellent knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Flexibility to work in different shifts, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Culinary degree or certification
  • Experience working in a high-volume restaurant
  • Experience working with a variety of cuisines
  • Experience with inventory management and ordering supplies
  • Experience with menu planning and recipe development

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook dishes according to our menu and recipes

Additionally, you will use your communication and collaboration skills to work closely with the head chef and other kitchen staff to ensure that all dishes are prepared in a timely and efficient manner. Your ability to adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines will also be crucial to your success in this role. Finally, your flexibility to work in different shifts, including weekends and holidays, will be important to ensure that we can provide an exceptional dining experience for our customers.
