Your role will be essential in creating a nurturing environment where residents feel valued and well cared for.

As a Resident Care Coordinator, you will facilitate day-to-day resident care, conducting audits, coordinating admissions and discharges, and promoting positive relationships with residents and their families. Your ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with diverse teams will help maintain a high standard of care, aligned with our values of Compassion, Respect, Excellence, Stewardship, and Justice. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • One (1) year experience working as a Caregiver and/or Certified Nurse's Aide.
  • One (1) year experience working as a Medication Technician and/or Certified Medication Aide.
  • Preferred Three (3) years experience in a healthcare community setting.
  • Education equivalent to the completion of a high school diploma or GED.
  • Higher education preferred.
