The assistant will work closely with the Life Enrichment Coordinator to develop programs that cater to the diverse interests and abilities of our residents. By fostering a supportive and stimulating environment, the Life Enrichment Assistant helps residents maintain their independence and dignity. Ultimately, this role contributes to a vibrant community where residents feel valued and connected.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working with seniors or in a healthcare setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in recreational therapy or a related field.
- Experience in activity planning or facilitation.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing daily activities and programs for residents.
