Easterseals Massachusetts (ESMA) offers a unique employment experience by partnering with schools, day habilitation programs, skilled nursing facilities, home health agencies, and early intervention programs. Meaningful work that makes a difference in Massachusetts communities
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to enhance mobility, functional independence, and overall well-being.
Provide hands-on physical therapy interventions, exercises, and modalities.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with regulatory standards.
Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and aides, as appropriate
Access to an interdisciplinary network of experienced clinicians to help navigate novel situations (e.g. AAC, ATP, OT, SLP, BCBA, etc.)
Tuition reimbursement to attend courses or participate in degree programs
CEU reimbursement
Opportunities for career advancement by becoming a mentor, being a Clinical Instructor, providing ESMA staff training, etc.
Graduate of an accredited master’s level (or higher) program in Physical Therapy
Ability to travel to/between multiple work locations
If selected for hire, candidates must be able to provide a recent physical indicating the ability to perform the essential functions of the job either with or without accommodations, proof of negative TB test, and required immunizations (including fully-vaccinated status for Covid-19).
