Office Manager /Administrative Assistant
Location: Bloomfield, CT
Industry: Construction
Compensation: $23-30/hour

What You'll Do as an Office Manager
  • Office Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring the office environment remains efficient and welcoming.
  • Administrative Support: Handle scheduling, correspondence, and general office duties to assist leadership and staff.
  • Vendor Coordination: Manage office supplies and vendor relationships.
  • Event Planning: Organize team meetings, staff lunches, and small events.
  • Basic Accounting Tasks: Support accounts payable/receivable or assist with expense reports as needed.

What You Bring
  • The ideal Office Manager will have proven experience in office management or administrative roles.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other standard office software.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with a detail-oriented mindset.
