**Job Description:**
- The position may float between units, providing flexibility and exposure to various areas.
- On-call is not required for this role.
- Weekend work is required every other weekend as per the collective bargaining agreement.
- Expected ratios are determined per the RT matrix.
- Compliance document deadline is the Monday prior to the start date.
- All required time off or specific scheduling requests must be submitted upfront.
- Inflexibility beyond the contracted schedule may lead to contract termination.
- All candidates should be prepared to float within the facility.
- Candidates must include detailed information regarding their interview availability with time zones and provide multiple time options to prevent scheduling conflicts.
- Modules are non-billable, averaging 16 hours, and must be completed pre-start and annually. Completion is recorded in Workramp transcripts.
- Orientation consists of 40 hours.

This position offers a challenging and dynamic environment where a dedicated and knowledgeable RRT in NICU will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to patient care.
