**Must-Have:**
- ARRT Certification
- Proficiency in MRI procedures
- Patient care skills
- Problem-solving capabilities
- Radiology knowledge
- Therapeutic understanding

**Job Description:**
- Perform routine and specialized MRI examinations, ensuring diagnostic and therapeutic accuracy.
- Prepare patients for MRI examinations and maintain patient comfort and safety during procedures.
- Evaluate finished images for appropriate identification and quality before submission.
- Possess knowledge and skills to obtain adequate lab specimens when necessary.
- Maintain a technical understanding of MRI equipment, including hardware and software, and perform basic troubleshooting.
- Ensure patient safety by monitoring areas and using appropriate handling and lifting techniques.
- Train fellow technologists and students in MRI procedures, assisting the Lead Technologist as needed.
- Efficiently coordinate patient flow and manage patient information entry into the HIS system.
- Promote a safe environment for patients and staff within designated areas of the facility.

- Experience working effectively with others and demonstrating positive outcomes.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Basic computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, email, and web browsing.
- Multicultural sensitivity.
- Critical thinking skills using independent judgment in decision-making.

**Education:**
- Associate's Degree in Radiology or completion of an ARRT-eligible MRI program.
