Pay Rate: $18.50 - 21.00 (BASED ON SHIFT SELECTED)
Are you ready to join a fast-paced warehouse team?
We're seeking reliable and motivated individuals to operate high-speed inserter machines in a true warehouse environment. This is a great opportunity for candidates with warehouse or machine operation experience looking to grow their skills.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate high-speed inserter machines efficiently and accurately.
  • Load materials, clear jams, unload, and tray inserted pieces.
  • Perform general warehouse tasks such as walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift.
  • Ensure quality and accuracy in operations by following safety protocols and performance standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment issues (training provided).
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements:
  • Previous warehouse or machine operator experience is required.
  • Basic PC skills and the ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in English.
  • Physically capable of standing, walking, and performing repetitive motions for the entire shift.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
  • Must comply with workplace policies, including a no-cell-phone rule during shifts.
