Job Title: Accounting Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks, such as processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and maintaining financial records.
  • Support the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely data entry.
  • Help with special projects and tasks as assigned by the accounting manager.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as an Accounting Assistant or in a related role is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the accounting field.
