Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks, such as processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and maintaining financial records.
- Support the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely data entry.
- Help with special projects and tasks as assigned by the accounting manager.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Accounting Assistant or in a related role is a plus, but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the accounting field.
