Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support audits, tax filings, and other reporting requirements.
- Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Drive process improvements and contribute to the development of internal controls.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 3-6 years of accounting experience, preferably in financial services or public accounting.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or progress toward certification is a strong plus.
- Skills: Proficiency in financial systems (ERP) and advanced Excel; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attributes: Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
